About Ahimsa Industries Ltd

Ahimsa Industries Limited was incorporated as Ahimsa Industries Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 dated January 24, 1996, at Ahmedabad.
The name of Company was changed to 'Ahimsa Industries Private Limited' and further, Company converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certification of Incorporation dated May 25, 2015. The Company is one of the leading PET Preforms manufacturers; PET preforms are produced on world class - husky H-PET injection molding machines & on brand new husky molds.
Since its foundation, the production of PET packaging in the form of preforms and bottles has been the core business of Ahimsa.
The preforms are blown into bottles by Ahimsa or by the customer, and then filled with water, soft drinks, edible oils, ketchup, milk, fruit juices, etc.

About Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Ltd

Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Limited, formerly known as Intensive Air Systems Limited was incorporated in January, 1995 by taking over a proprietory concern, Environment Control Systems, as a going concern.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of scrub pads, scrubber & other household cleaning related items.
In addition, Company manufactures insecticide products and warehousing related items such as storage containers and divider.
As at March 31, 2025, Mr. Vishal Kampani and Mrs. Benu Kampani owned 55.22% and 19.71% of the Company's equity share capital respectively. The company came out with a public issue in Feb.'96 to part-finance the project.
In 2012, the erstwhile Yuvraaj Hygiene Industries Private Limited got merged with the Company effective from 16th March, 2012 and resulting to the said merger, the name of the Company was changed from Intensive Air Systems Limited to Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Limited effective on 13th April, 2012.
