About Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd

Having commenced operations in 1965 as an EPC company, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited (ACIL) was incorporated on June 2, 1979, which acquired the business of four partnership firms engaged in construction in July, 1979 and consequently became a Public Limited Company in September, 1990. The Company is engaged in the engineering and construction of large building infrastructure projects.
It is the oldest Construction companies in India, founded by Late Sh.
Karam Chand Ahluwalia, father of Mr. Bikramjit Ahluwalia in 1965.
Company develops and executes civil engineering technically complex, high-value projects across diverse segments such as transportation, Building Projects, irrigation and water supply, special buildings and industrial plants. ACIL's projects are hallmarks of quality, excellence, and precision; the Company has delivered numerous engineering marvels within each of its respective segments.

About Rap Corp Ltd

Rap Corp Limited was initially incorporated in 1994 under the name 'Rap Media Limited'.
The name of the Company has changed from Rap Media Limited to Rap Corp Limited with statutory approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with effect from January 24, 2025. Initially, the Company was carrying on the business of real estate and construction, running of various malls and multiplexes, in recent past and the Company was having various sites/ malls located into the various parts of northern region of India.
During the past few years, the Company kept all its projects on hold due to adverse market conditions.
Thereafter, it stopped the business of leasing trucks/cars since last two years.
Later on, the RAP Magnum Mall at Meerut became operational in 2008-09. During the year 2017-18, Company passed the special resolution through Postal Ballot dated 25th March, 2018 for selling of Land of the Company situated at Hissa No.
