About Alps Industries Ltd

Alps Industries Limited, formerly known as Alps Textiles Private Limited, which started as a Partnership firm in 1962 was converted into a Private Limited Company in 1972 and became a Public Limited Company.
The Company is into manufacture and selling of home furnishings, made-ups, window coverings and architectural products like venation blinds, vertical blends, artificial ceilings, drapery rods etch under the brand name 'Vista Levolor'. AIL came out with a public issue(size Rs.7.79Cr) in April 1995 to part finance its expansion programme.
It set up a spinning, weaving, processing and fabrication unit in Ghaziabad, UP, which is producing vegetable dyes, cotton, yarn, and fabricate and dye cotton fabric and fibre.
The company has been supplying to Park B Smith, US, for over 20 years. The window coverings division has a collaboration with Levolor Corporation, US, while the natural dyes have been developed in technical association with IIT, Delhi.

Sheshadri Industries Limited was incorporated on 26 August 2009 and is presently under the leadership of Jeetender K. Agarwal.
The Company is engaged in manufacturing of Cotton, Polyester, polyester- viscose, Blended Yarns and readymade garments at its factories located at Rajna, Madhya Pradesh and Aliabad in Telangana, catering to both domestic and global markets. Starting with a spindle capacity of 1728, the company has now grown to a capacity of more than 100000 spindles, with a production capacity of 60 tons of yarn each day.
Company totally integrated its activities starting from cotton ginning to garments.
It chose preferred vendors for supply of readymade garments by big retailers like Jordache Ltd, USA and Tharanco Life Styles LLC, USA. The Company cater to the requirements of international buyer for supply of various types of readymade garments such as, Polos, Sweatshirts and Shorts.
