Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust was initially known as Data Infrastructure Trust.
The name changed from Data Infrastructure Trust to Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust w.e.f.
September 12, 2024.
In earlier years, the Trust was established by Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited on 31 January 2019, as a contributory irrevocable trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Altius owns and manages large portfolio of telecom tower and digital infrastructure assets across India.
Its business involves providing tower and in-building solutions to mobile network operators to support their network infrastructure for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G services.

About Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust

Intelligent Supply Chain Infrastructure Trust was established by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) on August 17, 2021, as a contributory irrevocable trust under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 pursuant to an Indenture of Trust' executed between the Sponsor and Axis Trustee Services Limited as the 'Trustee' of the Trust.
Infinite India Investment Management Limited (IIIML) is the Investment Manager of the Trust and Jio Infrastructure Management Services Limited is the Project Manager. The Trust was registered as an infrastructure investment trust under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (the SEBI InvIT Regulations) on February 27, 2023.
The Trust has been established with the objective of undertaking activity as an Infrastructure Investment Trust in accordance with the SEBI InvIT Regulations.
