About Amanta Healthcare Ltd

Amanta Healthcare Limited was originally incorporated on December 21, 1994 as Marck Parenterals (India) Limited with RoC, Gujarat, at Ahmedabad by converting the existing Partnership Firm 'Marck Parenterals (India)' on January 06, 1995.
The Company's name was changed to 'Marck Biosciences Limited' on November 2, 2005 and further to 'Amanta Healthcare Limited' w.e.f.
June 24, 2014. vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Amanta Healthcare Limited is a pharmaceutical company engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of sterile liquid products - parenteral products, packed in plastic container with Aseptic Blow-Fill-Seal (ABFS) and Injection Strech Blow Moulding (ISBM) technology.
The Company manufacture large volume parenterals (LVPs) and small volume parenterals (SVPs) in six therapeutic segments.

About Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd

Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited was incorporated on 16th April 2019 as 'Asston Pharmaceutical Pvt.
Limited' to contract produce pharmaceutical products for export market.
Later on 1st April 2024, Company acquired Ferron Lifecare Private Limited, specializing into nutraceuticals business and produced nutraceutical products at their Ambarnath facility.
Ferron Lifecare Private Limited, incorporated on 30th January 2020.
Finally, 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited' on 29th August 2024 and received FDA approval for its Ambarnath facility on 2nd December 2024 to produce pharmaceutical products. Presently, Company is involved in the business of manufacturing and marketing of Tablets, Capsules, Oral Liquid, External Preparations (Ointment, Cream, Gel and Lotion) and Oral Powder (Sachet, Dry Syrup) etc.
