Thereafter, Company was converted into a public limited company, consequent to which the name of Company changed to Amba Auto Sales and Services Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Central Processing Centre on May 14, 2025. The Company has built a strong market presence in Bengaluru, Karnataka with more than two decades of experience having commenced the business operations as a proprietary concern by setting up a first dealership for two wheelers sales and service.
Over the years, it has expanded the business and has acquired dealership for ThreeWheeler, KTM (Sports Motorcycles) & Chetak as well from Bajaj Auto.

Landmark Cars Limited was originally incorporated as Landmark Insurance Broking Private Limited' in Mumbai, Maharashtra, as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, dated February 23, 2006, issued by the RoC.
