Amerise Biosciences Limited was initially incorporated as 'Amstar Laminates Limited' in 1984 by a private Indian party, as a specialized manufacturer of high quality construction equipment and agricultural equipment.
On October 29, 2002, the name of the Company was changed from Amstar Laminates Limited to Amardeep Industries Limited and further to Amerise Biosciences Limited in August, 2021.
Initially, the Company was engaged into the business of commodity trading. During the financial year 2007 it entered into the trading of castor seeds.
During the year 2024-25, due to financial crisis Company has not carried out any business activities and faces huge set back.

About Flywings Simulator Training Centre Ltd

Flywings Simulator Training Centre Limited was originally incorporated on June 16, 2011 as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of 'Flywings Simulator Training Centre Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra Mumbai.
Subsequently, the Company status was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and Company name changed to 'Flywings Simulator Training Centre Limited'.
A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on May 28, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Company was established to address the industry-wide gap in Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) training for airline personnel, particularly within the Indian civil aviation sector.
The Company launched its operations at Gurugram in 2015.
