About Amerise Biosciences Ltd

Amerise Biosciences Limited was initially incorporated as 'Amstar Laminates Limited' in 1984 by a private Indian party, as a specialized manufacturer of high quality construction equipment and agricultural equipment.
On October 29, 2002, the name of the Company was changed from Amstar Laminates Limited to Amardeep Industries Limited and further to Amerise Biosciences Limited in August, 2021.
Initially, the Company was engaged into the business of commodity trading. During the financial year 2007 it entered into the trading of castor seeds.
During the year 2024-25, due to financial crisis Company has not carried out any business activities and faces huge set back.

About Genomic Valley Biotech Ltd

Incorporated in May 1994, Genomic Valley Biotech Limited is formed with the objective of conducting research in the field of Biotechnology (Plant & Animal) and also to undertake commercial production of Plant Tissue Cultured Plants of different species to feed the genetically improved plant market nationally as well as internationally.
The Company is extensively involved in commercial greenhouse / poly house cultivation of crops.

Also it is involved in commercial Horticulture activities with Aloe vera, Tomato, Bitter Gourd, Bottle Gourd, Brinjal, Broccoli, Cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Green Chillies, Onion, Radish, Ridge/Sponge Gourd, Leafy Vegetables, Pumpkin, Banana, Guava, Papaya, and Strawberry.
