About Amerise Biosciences Ltd

Amerise Biosciences Limited was initially incorporated as 'Amstar Laminates Limited' in 1984 by a private Indian party, as a specialized manufacturer of high quality construction equipment and agricultural equipment.
On October 29, 2002, the name of the Company was changed from Amstar Laminates Limited to Amardeep Industries Limited and further to Amerise Biosciences Limited in August, 2021.
Initially, the Company was engaged into the business of commodity trading. During the financial year 2007 it entered into the trading of castor seeds.
During the year 2024-25, due to financial crisis Company has not carried out any business activities and faces huge set back.

About Mayur Floorings Ltd

Mayur Floorings Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in January, 1992 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company in December 1994.
The Company manufacture Polished Granite Slabs with an installed capacity of 19,200 TPA having their plants at Banswara Town, in Rajasthan. The company came out with a public issue in Sep.'95 to part-finance its expansion programme to increase the installed capacity from 19,200 tpa to 52,800 tpa.
Then, it got into an agreement with Red Granite, Dubai, for exporting 50% of production.
It diversified its activity towards marble during year 1996-97. As the Company is manufacturer and exporter of Granite Tiles, Marble Tiles, Sandstones and Cobblestones, it set up the granite and marble manufacturing process and carried the stone processing almost more than 25 years.
