Amerise Biosciences Limited was initially incorporated as 'Amstar Laminates Limited' in 1984 by a private Indian party, as a specialized manufacturer of high quality construction equipment and agricultural equipment.
On October 29, 2002, the name of the Company was changed from Amstar Laminates Limited to Amardeep Industries Limited and further to Amerise Biosciences Limited in August, 2021.
Initially, the Company was engaged into the business of commodity trading. During the financial year 2007 it entered into the trading of castor seeds.
During the year 2024-25, due to financial crisis Company has not carried out any business activities and faces huge set back.

About Organic Recycling Systems Ltd

Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORS) was originally incorporated as 'Organic Recycling Systems Private Limited' on 29th August 2008 at RoC, Mumbai.
Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Limited and name of the Company was changed to 'Organic Recycling Systems Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 29th September 2022, issued by RoC, Mumbai. The Company is a pioneering engineering firm specializing in environmental solutions, offering comprehensive waste management solutions across various waste types and the entire value chain.
ORS focuses on developing robust, cost effective, and eco-friendly technologies.
Additionally, it operates a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) processing plant in Solapur, Maharashtra, converting waste into electricity and compost since 2013.
