About Amin Tannery Ltd

Amin Tannery Limited was incorporated on March 25, 2013.
The principal activities of the Company are manufacturing and exports of finished leather and leather shoes/uppers. Pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger between Super Tannery Limited (STL) and the Company and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, Company demerged its Goat Tannery Business of Super Tannery Limited by transferring the same as a going concern to the Company effective from April 01, 2017 in year 2017-18.
In terms of the said Scheme, the new shares were allotted to shareholders on February 27, 2018 in the ratio of 1:1.
Pursuant to the Scheme, Company issued 10,79,73,360 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the shareholders of Super Tannery Limited.

About Euro Leder Fashion Ltd

Euro Leder Fashion Limited, incorporated on February 5, 1992, mainly manufacture and sell leather garments in India.
It offers leather jackets and finished leather from Chennai, India and exports the same.
The Company has plants located at Pallavaram, Chennai, in Tamil Nadu. The Company started its journey in manufacturing and exporting of quality leather jackets and other leather items in 1992 as a small Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in Chennai, India producing just over few thousand pieces of jackets.
Over the last 23 years through its skilled work force, dedicated team of Qualified Leather Technicians and Efficient Management, has achieved to produce and export around 2,00,000 Jackets per year and this consistent performance gave the Company the recognition from Government of India as a Star Export House.
