Anantam Highways Trust is an Indian infrastructure investment trust which proposes to invest in road infrastructure assets.
The Trust is sponsored by Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP (the Sponsor).
The Sponsor established the Trust on July 24, 2024 and the Trust was registered with SEBI on August 19, 2024 as an InvIT in accordance with the InvIT Regulations.
The Trust's principal investment objective is to carry on the activity of an infrastructure investment trust under the InvIT Regulations. The Sponsor is a multi-asset class multi-strategy asset management entity that creates investment solutions across various asset-classes, including but not limited to, infrastructure, credit, real estate, equities, commodities, and fixed income securities.
The Sponsor is a subsidiary of Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited.

Maple Infrastructure Trust (MIT), formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, is an Indian infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Maple Highways Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDPQ Infrastructures Asia Pte.
Ltd., which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec (CDPQ).
The name change to 'Maple Infrastructure Trust' was effective on November 29, 2024. Maple Infrastructure Trust was setup as an irrevocable trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 pursuant to an Indenture of Trust dated November 06, 2019 which was duly registered on November 13, 2019 in the office of the Sub-Registrar -V(1), New Delhi and was subsequently amended by Amended and Restate by Indenture of Trust' dated December 19, 2019 and further amended and restated on October 04, 2021.
