For over three decades, the Company operated in the trading and job manufacturing of yarn and fabric.
On September 27, 2024, a majority stake in equity shares of the Company was acquired by Oilmax Energy Private Limited.
Pursuant to the acquisition, name of the Company was changed to Anirit Ventures Limited' with effect from December 20, 2024. During FY 2024-25, the Company set a clear vision to achieve scalable and profitable growth in environmentally responsible businesses.
This strategic shift marked its repositioning from its textile operations by focusing on the emerging sectors such as of biomass-to-energy and innovation-led advanced materials. Company has acquired 100% of the equity capital of Anirit Agritech Private Limited (AAPL), making it the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on February 27, 2026.

Felix Industries Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company with the name 'Felix Industries Private Limited' on September 18, 2012.
The Company got converted in to a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Felix Industries Limited' on April 24, 2017. The Promoters of the Company are Mr. Ritesh Vinay Patel & Mr. Sagar Samir Shah with the main object of running a Waste-Water and E-waste recycling business started these divisions as a part of business growth.
