About Ankit Metal & Power Ltd
Ankit Metal & Power Limited (erstwhile Ankit Steel Works Private Limited) was incorporated on 7th August, 2002 and renamed as Ankit Metal & Power Private Limited, as a Private Limited Company on 9 July, 2004.
Pursuant to change in the corporate status of the Company from Private to Public, the name was further changed to Ankit Metal & Power Limited effective from 31st August, 2004.
The Company came a long way to position itself as one of the integrated steel plant to produce rolled products comprising of TMT Bars, Sponge Iron, Steel Melting shop, Billets and Rolling Mill along with 12.5 MW Captive Power Plant.
The company has set up an Integrated Steel Plant at village Chhatna, Jorehira in Bankura District of West Bengal.
This project comprises (i) 1,05,000 TPA Sponge Iron Plant (ii) 65,140 TPA Billet Casting Plant (iii) 1,00,000 TPA Re-Rolling Mill (iv) 8.

P S Raj Steels Limited was originally incorporated as P S Raj Steels Private Limited' as a Private Company on November 09, 2004 with the Registrar of Companies.
Thereafter, the status of the Company converted into a Public Company to P S Raj Steels Limited' following a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on August 06, 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.
The Company operate primarily in manufacturing Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes.
Key sectors include railways, furniture, households, gate railing, door frames, rice plants, sugar mills, food processing, heat exchanger etc.
The Company commenced trading in stainless steel during the period 2005-06; it set up a manufacturing plant in Hisar district of Haryana and began construction work in 2006-07.
