About Anondita Medicare Ltd

Anondita Medicare Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on March 12, 2024, with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Prior to this, Company business was run by current promoter, Mr. Anupam Ghosh, as a sole proprietorship under the name of M/s Anondita Healthcare (formerly M/s Healthcare Products) from year 1999 onwards. Company is a manufacturer of male condoms with a variety of flavors, with our flagship product marketed and sold under the brand 'COBRA'.
It operate an installed production capacity of nearly 562 million condoms per annum, as per certificate issued by JP Sood, Chartered Engineer, dated November 21, 2024.
Further, to follow sustainable production practices, Company uses CNG as a clean, environmentally friendly manufacturing fuel for its manufacturing plant situated at Sector 80, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

About Eco Recycling Ltd

Eco Recycling Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Infotrek Syscom Limited' in August, 1994.
The Scheme of Amalgamation was affected and the name was changed to to Eco Recycling Limited from Infotrek Syscom Limited in December, 2010.
Presently, Company is engaged in the business of recycling of electrical & electronic waste (e-waste), data destruction, recycling of fused lamps, providing services relating to extended producers' responsibility, corporate social responsibility and other affiliated activities. Promoted by B K Soni, the Company's main operations are Development of Software on CompactDiscs.
During 2000-2001 the company has successfully developed solution for the Backward Classes Welfare Department in the State of West Bengal . The Company started refurbishing division in New Bombay in 2005-06.
