Ansal Buildwell Limited was incorporated as Utility Builders on 29 December, 1983.
The name was changed to the present one in November, 1992.
It was promoted by Naresh Kattar and was taken over by the Ansal Group in July, 1991.
The Company is engaged in real estate promotion, development of integrated townships, construction of high-rise multi -storeyed buildings, commercial complexes, flats, houses, apartments, plots, etc.
In 1998-99, as the real estate market is sluggish in Delhi & Gurgaon, efforts are being made by the company to explore markets in smaller towns of Uttarpradesh & Rajasthan.
The company has diversified into large Hi-tech construction contracts which has good potential today.

Martin Burn Limited was incorporated in 1946 resulting the merger of of two civil engineering company i.e.
Martin & Co. and Burn & Co. The Company is mainly engaged in civil engineering, real estate development and and the execution of turnkey projects in Kolkata.
It is involved in all activities across the product value chain from acquisition of land, obtaining approvals, project planning and execution, to launch, sales & marketing and final delivery of the developed property to customers.
