Anthem Biosciences Limited was originally incorporated as 'Anthem Biosciences Private Limited', dated June 13, 2006, issued by RoC. Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Company to a Public Company , followed by the change in name of the Company to 'Anthem Biosciences Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation was issued by RoC on December 10, 2024. The Company has been set up as a Life sciences/ Biotechnology based venture specialising in the manufacture of catalytic preparation, other organic compounds such as speciality organic molecules, biologically active peptides etc., which are high-value products used in drug, agrochemical and speciality chemicals industries. The Company started operations at Unit I and set up a Custom Synthesis Plant with a capacity of 6 KL in year 2007.

Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited was incorporated on 16th April 2019 as 'Asston Pharmaceutical Pvt.
Limited' to contract produce pharmaceutical products for export market.
Later on 1st April 2024, Company acquired Ferron Lifecare Private Limited, specializing into nutraceuticals business and produced nutraceutical products at their Ambarnath facility.
Ferron Lifecare Private Limited, incorporated on 30th January 2020.
Finally, 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited' on 29th August 2024 and received FDA approval for its Ambarnath facility on 2nd December 2024 to produce pharmaceutical products. Presently, Company is involved in the business of manufacturing and marketing of Tablets, Capsules, Oral Liquid, External Preparations (Ointment, Cream, Gel and Lotion) and Oral Powder (Sachet, Dry Syrup) etc.
