About Apex Ecotech Ltd

Apex Ecotech Limited was incorporated as Apex Ecotech Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 01, 2009, in Maharashtra- Pune.
Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed from 'Apex Ecotech Private Limited' to 'Apex Ecotech Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 02, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Company pioneered as a leading force in the water and wastewater management sector, to tackle complex water-related challenges with advanced, value-driven solutions.
The core competencies include the provision and integration of advanced technologies and comprehensive services in water and wastewater treatment, recycling, evaporators, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.

About GEE Ltd

GEE Limited was formed at Thane in November, 1960 as General Electrodes and Equipments Limited in technical collaboration with Griesheim GmbH of Germany.
The Company was taken over by the existing promoters in 1996 and soon after was renamed to GEE Limited in March, 2004.
Presently, it manufactures Welding Electrodes, Copper Coated Wires, Flux Cored Wires and Welding Fluxes in Maharashtra and West Bengal. The new plant at Kolkata started production of Electrodes during 2006-07.
With the installation of the Kolkata plant, the Company's capacity went upto 13,200 MT from 7,200 MT. Simultaneously, the Kalyan Plant was made completely operational during 2007-08.
Their production facilities grew with the setting up of the Kalyan Plant in 2008 and Kolkata Plant in 2009 respectively. In 2008-09, the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Ferroseal India Pvt.
