  • Presently, the Company is engaged in production of ERW steel tubes and has 8 manufacturing units one each at Sikanderabad in Uttar Pradesh, Hosur in Tamil Nadu, Raipur in Chhattisgarh, Murbad in Maharashtra, Chegunta in Telangana, Attebele, Karnataka, Dujana in Uttar Pradesh and Mallur in Karnataka.
  • Headquartered at Delhi NCR, the Company runs 11 manufacturing facilities with a total capacity of 3.8 MTPA. The Company's vast 3-tier distribution network of over 800 dealers is spread all across India, with warehouses cum- branch offices in over 20 cities. APL Apollo's multi-product offerings include over 2,000 varieties of MS Black pipes, Galvanized Tubes, Pre-Galvanized Tubes, Structural ERW Steel tubes and Hollow Sections.

  • Tube Investments of India Limited was originally incorporated as TI Financial Holdings Limited on 6th October 2008 under the Companies Act, 1956, as a wholly owned subsidiary of erstwhile Tube Investments of India Limited (Demerged Company).
  • Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by NCLT, the Manufacturing Business Undertaking of the Demerged Company was vested in/transferred to the Company with effect from 1st August 2017, and the name of the Company was changed to 'Tube Investments of India Limited'.
  • The Company operate manufacturing plants across the country and has 3 product segments, Engineering, Metal Formed Products and Mobility. The Engineering segment comprises of cold rolled steel strips and precision steel tubes viz., Cold Drawn Welded tubes (CDW) and Electric Resistant Welded tubes (ERW).
