The Company changed its name to Aplab Limited on October 6, 1994.
Company is engaged in the field of industrial power electronics, with its operations centered around the design, control, and conversion of electrical power to meet various industrial requirements.

In 1992-93, the company undertook an expansion-cum-diversification programme to manufacture electronic hi-tech systems like telecommunication test systems, smartcard-operated public payphones and high precision measuring instruments.

Richa Info Systems Limited was incorporated as 'Richa Info Systems Private Limited' at Gandhinagar on October 1, 2010, vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
