Further, Company converted into a Public Limited Company and its name was changed from 'Aprameya Engineering Private Limited' to 'Aprameya Engineering Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion dated May 12, 2022, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Company is a trusted partner in India's healthcare infrastructure space, with over two decades of experience in delivering turnkey hospital projects and integrated medical technology solutions across public and private sectors.

Genesis IBRC India Limited was formerly incorporated as Fine Plast Polymers Limited in October, 1992.
Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from Fine Plast Polymers Limited to SSK Lifestyles Limited in October, 2014 and further was changed from SSK Lifestyles Limited to Genesis IBRC India Limited in January, 2018.
