About Archies Ltd

Promoted by Anil Moolchandani and Jagdish Moolchandani, Archies Limited, formerly known as Archies Greetings and Gifts Limited (AGGL) is a leader in the social expression industry in India and deals in Greeting Cards, Gifts and Stationery Products under the Brand name 'Archies'.
The Company has 20 branches spread all over India and head office in Delhi and performs its operations through a systematic distribution network comprising of company owned Stores, Franchisee, Distributors and Retailers.
It also exports its products.
The name of the company was changed to 'Archies Limited' following the approval from shareholders w.e.f.
November 7, 2002. The company was into this business since 1979 and has grown quite well over the years.

About Brand Concepts Ltd

Brand Concepts Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited company as Brand Concepts Private Limited on 4th October, 2007 and was subsequently converted into Public Limited Company with effect from 8th December, 2017. In 2010, the Promoter Mr. Pradeep Maheshwari took over the Company from Dhoot Family with an aim of developing licensed fashion and lifestyle brands in Bags, Travel Gears & Accessories for the Indian Market.

Ltd. were introduced as New Promoters. Brand Concepts emerged as a leading platform in licensed fashion and lifestyle products, with a focus on travel gear, bags, and accessories.
