About Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited was initially incorporated on March 6, 1992 as 'Arihant Foundations and Investment (Madras) Private Limited,' as a private limited company.
The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and renamed to 'Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited' on April 6, 1995.
The Company is engaged in constructions of residential, commercial complexes and IT parks. In 2000-01 the company has started two residential projects 'Arihant Raja Bhavan' at Royapettah High Road,'Arihant Sivasakthi' at Sydenhams Road.
The company completed 'Sapna Trade Centre' on P H Road and is getting occupied. The Company completed projects following Arihant Sivasakthi and Arihant Raja Bhavan in Chennai in year 2004.
In 2005, it completed Arihant Vedant, Arihant E Park and Arihant Harmony in Chennai.

Incorporated in October, 1994, Company manufactures pan masalas, gutkha and mouth fresheners, under the 'SIR' brand name.
The Company made its Initial Public Offering in February, 1995, aggregating to Rs 2.45 Cr.
The issue was made to set up manufacturing facilities for the above products, near Kanpur, UP.RIL also trades in other products in the domestic as well as international markets.
The Company has presently diversified its business into Real Estate Development. Due to ban imposed during 2003 on Pan Masala, Gutkha and allied products on certain states particularly in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, UP and Bihar the business has affected.
