Arrow Greentech Limited was initially incorporated in the name of 'Arrow Coated Products Limited' in October, 1992 by the Patel Group, who are in the business of packaging and printing machines since 1960.
The name of the Company was changed to Arrow Greentech Limited w.e..f February 26, 2016. Since 1992, while the Company started, innovation, the first water soluble film (Watersol) introduced by Arrow was in the mid 90s.
The high degree of specialisation and quality-service has helped the Company become one of the most established companies in India and placed before it as a potential player on the world map of green packaging technology. The Company is engaged in business of bio-degradable (green) products, high-tech product and having Patents income for such products/technology.
The company came out with its maiden public issue in Apr.

About Caprihans India Ltd

Incorporated in April, 1946, Caprihans India Limited went public in 1978.
In 1983, the company changed hands and was made a part of The Kalpataru Construction Group.
Company is engaged in the business of pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing of rigid and flexible PVC films, PVdC coated films, plastic extruded products, foils and other allied products.
It started commercial production in the year 1957. The company embarked on an expansion-cum-modernisation programme in early 1993, funded by a rights issue, to increase its capacity from 6840 tpa to 15,240 tpa.
The Company was making profits till 1996. Thereafter, the Company expanded Rigid film capacity by installing a calendaring line with a capacity of 9200 MT per annum.
