Arrow Greentech Limited was initially incorporated in the name of 'Arrow Coated Products Limited' in October, 1992 by the Patel Group, who are in the business of packaging and printing machines since 1960.
The name of the Company was changed to Arrow Greentech Limited w.e..f February 26, 2016. Since 1992, while the Company started, innovation, the first water soluble film (Watersol) introduced by Arrow was in the mid 90s.
The high degree of specialisation and quality-service has helped the Company become one of the most established companies in India and placed before it as a potential player on the world map of green packaging technology. The Company is engaged in business of bio-degradable (green) products, high-tech product and having Patents income for such products/technology.
The company came out with its maiden public issue in Apr.

About Kaka Industries Ltd

Kaka Industries Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of 'Kaka Industries Private Limited' on June 21, 2019 with the Registrar of Companies.
Thereafter, Company was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited and the name was changed from 'Kaka Industries Private Limited' to 'Kaka Industries Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 14, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Company Founder, Mr. Rajesh Dhirubhai Gondaliya had started the trading business of profile sheets in year 2000 and ventured into profile manufacturing in 2012.
Upon incorporation, Company acquired the profile sheet machinery setup of one of its Group Company, Kaka Engineering Private Limited (formerly known as Kaka PVC Profile Private Limited) in 2019 and started manufacturing profile sheets in the same year itself.
