Arrow Greentech Limited was initially incorporated in the name of 'Arrow Coated Products Limited' in October, 1992 by the Patel Group, who are in the business of packaging and printing machines since 1960.
The name of the Company was changed to Arrow Greentech Limited w.e..f February 26, 2016. Since 1992, while the Company started, innovation, the first water soluble film (Watersol) introduced by Arrow was in the mid 90s.
The high degree of specialisation and quality-service has helped the Company become one of the most established companies in India and placed before it as a potential player on the world map of green packaging technology. The Company is engaged in business of bio-degradable (green) products, high-tech product and having Patents income for such products/technology.
The company came out with its maiden public issue in Apr.

About Polymac Thermoformers Ltd

Polymac Thermoformers Limited was formerly incorporated in Kolkata as 'Polymac Thermoformers Private Limited' on 17 December, 1999.
It got converted into a Public Limited Company and name was changed to 'Polymac Thermoformers Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 26 August, 2013.
At present, the Company is engaged in the trading and manufacture of disposable plastic glasses, cups, bowls since its inception.
These are fast replacing conventional glasses, cups etc. and are manufactured by thermoforming technique. The Company was originally incorporated by Mr. Raj Kumar Agarwala to venture into manufacturing operations.
Later on, in 2008 Mr. Puspjeet Kumar acquired majority stake in the Company and assumed control over the Company.
