It commenced the commercial operation by setting up Artemis Hospital (formerly Artemis Health Institute) at Gurugram on July 16, 2007.
The Company is the holding Company of Artemis Cardiac Care Private Limited and a Subsidiary of Constructive Finance Private Limited.
At present, the Company is engaged in managing and operating of multi specialty hospitals.
Artemis Hospital (a unit of Artemis Medicare Services Limited) is spread across 9 acres, is a 395 bed; state-of-the-art multispeciality hospital located in Gurugram, India. Artemis Health Institute is a healthcare venture launched by the Promoters of the Apollo Tyres Group.

About Global Longlife Hospital and Research Ltd

Global Longlife Hospital and Research Limited was originally incorporated as 'Global Longlife Hospital and Research Private Limited' on January 20, 2012 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and , name of the Company was changed to 'Global Longlife Hospital and Research Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 31, 2021. The Company had acquired 1339 sq.mt. area land in the prime locality of Ahmedabad for starting hospital in March 2012.
The Hospital started journey in 2015 & determined to build an institution that offer to every human being, high quality healthcare at affordable prices in Ahmedabad. Mr. Dhruv Jani had also joined the hospital business with his father in July 2015.
The majority Equity shares of the Company were taken over by the present Promoters by acquiring the Equity shares from the Doctors and investors in the year 2017.
