Artemis Medicare Services Limited was incorporated on May 18, 2004.
It commenced the commercial operation by setting up Artemis Hospital (formerly Artemis Health Institute) at Gurugram on July 16, 2007.
The Company is the holding Company of Artemis Cardiac Care Private Limited and a Subsidiary of Constructive Finance Private Limited.
At present, the Company is engaged in managing and operating of multi specialty hospitals. Artemis Health Institute is a healthcare venture launched by the Promoters of the Apollo Tyres Group.
Designed as one of the most advanced in India, the Company provide expertise in the spectrum of advanced medical & surgical interventions, comprehensive mix of inpatient and outpatient services. The Company commenced commercial operation by setting up Artemis Hospital (formerly Artemis Health Institute) at Gurugram on July 16, 2007.

About Molbio Diagnostics Ltd

Molbio Diagnostics Limited was originally incorporated as Molbio Diagnostics Private Limited' at Panaji, as a private company dated October 20, 2000.
Thereafter, Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, and the name of Company was changed to Molbio Diagnostics Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 16, 2025 was issued to Company by the RoC. Company is innovative point-of-care (POC) diagnostics company focused on expanding access to accurate, rapid and cost-effective healthcare technologies to diagnose infectious and non-communicable diseases.
The Company entered into a joint venture agreement in August, 2011 with Bigtec Innovations Private Limited and Bigtec Private Limited, which started operations in 2000.
Bigtec Innovations Private Limited got merged with the Company in 2015.
