About Ashiana Housing Ltd

Ashiana Housing Limited was formerly incorporated in the name of 'Ashiana Housing & Finance (India) Limited' on June 25, 1986.
The Company name got changed from 'Ashiana Housing & Finance (India) Limited' to 'Ashiana Housing Limited' on June 21, 2007.
The principal business activity of the company is Real Estate Development. Starting from Patna in 1979, established itself in Jamshedpur (1986) and Bhiwadi (1993), Ashiana stood the test of time for providing quality of construction, safety of investment and integrity of commitment.
Company began its construction activities in Patna and later spread to Jamshedur.
Since its inception in 1986, Ashiana Housing has built and delivered 2.8 million square feet of residential and commercial space to the clients. During 2001 the construction of the first & second phase of residential complex at Vasundhara Colony,Bhiwadi was completed.

About Simplex Realty Ltd

Incorporated on November 06, 1912 to set up a composite textile manufacturing unit in Bombay, Simplex Realty Limited, formerly known as Simplex Mills Company Limited was initially managed by Allen Bros. & Co. (Bombay).
Name of the Company was changed from Simplex Mills Company Limited to Simplex Realty Limited in 2006. In 1932, the Managing Agency was taken over by Forbes Cambell & Co. In 1960, S R Damani, took over the management.
Presently, the Company is in real estate development of residential as well as commercial properties. At the time of the takeover, the Company in priority, was manufacturing and selling only unprocessed grey cloth.
Immediately after the takeover, the company set up a process house and gradually started manufacturing a whole range of shirtings, sarees, dress materials, etc.
