Ashiana Housing Limited was formerly incorporated in the name of 'Ashiana Housing & Finance (India) Limited' on June 25, 1986.
The Company name got changed from 'Ashiana Housing & Finance (India) Limited' to 'Ashiana Housing Limited' on June 21, 2007.
The principal business activity of the company is Real Estate Development. Starting from Patna in 1979, established itself in Jamshedpur (1986) and Bhiwadi (1993), Ashiana stood the test of time for providing quality of construction, safety of investment and integrity of commitment.
Company began its construction activities in Patna and later spread to Jamshedur.
Since its inception in 1986, Ashiana Housing has built and delivered 2.8 million square feet of residential and commercial space to the clients. During 2001 the construction of the first & second phase of residential complex at Vasundhara Colony,Bhiwadi was completed.

About Victoria Mills Ltd

Victoria Mills Limited, incorporated in January, 1913 is engaged in manufacture and sale of cloth, yarn and cotton waste.
Products manufactured are dhotis, sarees, shirting, printed poplin, volleys, grey and bleaching long cloth, gadlapat, coatings, etc.
The dyeing calendaring, merchandising, yarn dyeing and manforising operations, counts ranging from 18s to 80s are spun and the cloth width ranges from 24 to 64. Company implemented a scheme of demerger in April 2002, as approved by the High Court.
Under this scheme, shareholders of the Company received ten shares of the new demerged entity, Galactic Enterprises Ltd. The company has been trading in fabrics in the local market and is exploring the possibilities of exporting value added fabrics.
Initially, Company was incorporated as a textile manufacturer and has shifted the focus to real estate development, including luxury villas in Alibaug through its subsidiary, Victoria Land Pvt Ltd.
