About Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd

Incorporated in January, 1984, Ashnoor Textile Mills Limited, formerly known Gupta Carpets Udyog Limited is promoted by Mr. Suneel Gupta.
The Company operate production facilities at Amritsar, Agra, Mirzapur, Jaipur, Panipat and Srinagar.
It is engaged in manufacture and export of Terry Towels to the US. It has one plant located at Gurgaon. The Company went public in 1986 and issued equity capital worth Rs 88 lac.
It was followed by a rights issue in 1989 in the ratio of 1:2 at a premium of Rs 4 per share.
In Mar.'92, the company came out with another rights issue.

About SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd

SEL Manufacturing Company Limited was incorporated as Saluja Exim Limited on May 8, 2000 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on June 2, 2000.
The Company name was changed to SEL Manufacturing Company Limited on June 27, 2003.
Again, the name of the Company was reverted back to Saluja Exim Limited on November 10, 2003 and further to SEL Manufacturing Company Limited on January 31, 2004.
As at March 31, 2025, ARRESS Leading Edge Private Limited, the holding company owned 75% of the Company's equity share capital. Company is a part of the R S Saluja Group of Companies set up by Mr. Ram Saran Saluja.
The Company is vertically integrated multi-product textile company, manufacturing various kinds of Knitted Garments, Terry Towels, Knitted & Processed Fabric and various kinds of Yarn with production facilities located Ludhiana and NawanSheher in Punjab, Baddi in Himachal Pradesh and Sehore in Madhya Pradesh.
