Ashoka Metcast Limited was incorporated as 'Tanya Estate Private Limited' on July 29, 2009 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Tanya Estate Private Limited' to 'Ashoka Metcast Private Limited' through a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on September 13, 2017.
Further, Company changed the name to Ashoka Metcast Limited on November 09, 2017. The Company is part of Gujarat based diversified business group currently promoted by Mr. Shalin Ashok Shah and Family.
The Company had in its earlier years began to develop real estate, infrastructure and land plotting vertical; however; due to unforeseen circumstances and changes in market dynamics, the real estate business division faced delays in execution of its plans and eventually could not complete the proposed acquisition and related plans.

Cosmic CRF Limited (CCL) was incorporated on December 21, 2021 with the RoC, at Kolkata.
The Company is a manufacturer of cold rolled stainless sections for wagon manufactures and other public sector units.
Presently, the Company is engaged in manufacturing Cold Rolled Forming (CRF) products, including Railway Wagon Parts and Components, Sheet Piles, and Structures used in infrastructure. Subsequently, the CRF division located at Ajabnagar, in Singur District of West Bengal, was acquired under 100% management control from Cosmic Ferro Alloys Limited through a going concern basis via Business Transfer Agreement on January 19, 2022.
The Company commenced their business operations effective on September 7, 2022.
Now, the unit manufactures a range of cold rolled stainless sections, such as fabricated items for railway, coach & wagons, cold rolled formed items for wagons and coaches, cold rolled formed items for infra companies and EPC projects and products for roadways and national highway.
