Ashoka Metcast Limited was incorporated as 'Tanya Estate Private Limited' on July 29, 2009 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Tanya Estate Private Limited' to 'Ashoka Metcast Private Limited' through a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on September 13, 2017.
Further, Company changed the name to Ashoka Metcast Limited on November 09, 2017. The Company is part of Gujarat based diversified business group currently promoted by Mr. Shalin Ashok Shah and Family.
The Company had in its earlier years began to develop real estate, infrastructure and land plotting vertical; however; due to unforeseen circumstances and changes in market dynamics, the real estate business division faced delays in execution of its plans and eventually could not complete the proposed acquisition and related plans.

About La Tim Metal & Industries Ltd

La Tim Metal & Industries Limited, formerly incorporated as Drillco Metal Carbides Private Limited' on 28 January, 1975 was subsequently converted into a Public Limited company on August 22, 1975, changing the name to Drillco Metal Carbides Limited.
Thereafter, Company changed its name to La Tim Metal & Industries Limited in 2014.
Presently, the Company is into trading of color coated coils and profile sheets. The Company was incorporated to carry on business of manufacture tungsten and tungsten carbide products, drilling rods and drilling bits. The Company acquired 100% Equity Shares of La Tim Sourcing (India) Private Limited resulting it became wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in 2017-18.
The Company installed new plant at Umergaon (Gujarat), to manufacture color coated coils and profile sheets in 2018.
