Ashoka Metcast Limited was incorporated as 'Tanya Estate Private Limited' on July 29, 2009 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
The name of the Company was changed from 'Tanya Estate Private Limited' to 'Ashoka Metcast Private Limited' through a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on September 13, 2017.
Further, Company changed the name to Ashoka Metcast Limited on November 09, 2017. The Company is part of Gujarat based diversified business group currently promoted by Mr. Shalin Ashok Shah and Family.
The Company had in its earlier years began to develop real estate, infrastructure and land plotting vertical; however; due to unforeseen circumstances and changes in market dynamics, the real estate business division faced delays in execution of its plans and eventually could not complete the proposed acquisition and related plans.

About Rajputana Stainless Ltd

Rajputana Stainless Limited was initially incorporated as Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' dated April 2, 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Subsequently, the status was converted to a Public company, and the name was changed from Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' to Rajputana Steel Castings Limited', dated June 18, 2007.
Thereafter, name of the Company was changed to Rajputana Stainless Limited' dated July 12, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Company started the commercial business in 1993 with manufacturing of mild steel products and steel castings.
At the time of incorporation, the Company was promoted and run by the erstwhile promoters i.e.
Shri O.P. Agarwal, and Shri Ram Sharan Tambi.
