About Ashram Online.com Ltd

Ashram Online.Com Limited was incorporated on May 9, 1991 as a Private limited with the name 'Tatia Skylines & Health Farms Pvt Ltd' and subsequently converted into a Public Company on June 9, 1992.
It was promoted by the Chennai based Tatia Group headed by Pannalal Tatia.
In 1992, the Company entered into an agreement with the promoters and their relatives for outright purchase of 129 acres of land and a lease agreement for 10.5 acres for 5 years.
In October 1995, the name of the Company changed to Tatia Skyline & Health Farms Limited and in 2000 2000, the Company was further renamed to Ashram Online.Com Limited. In 1994, the company entered into an agreement with the renowed German landscape designers Deep Forest Landscape Consultants.
Also, the company joined hands with Apollo Hospitals Group for providing hi-tech health care in the Health Farm.

About Innovision Ltd

Innovision Limited was initially incorporated as SRT Innovision Services Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company dated January 11, 2007, with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.
The status of the Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed to, SRT Innovision Services Limited' dated December 22, 2010 and further the name was changed to Innovision Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 1, 2011, obtained from the Central Processing Centre. The Company is in the business of providing Manpower Services, Toll Management and Skill Development Training to clients across India.
The Company started their business with a single service domain of providing manned private security services to clients in year 2007 and has gradually diversified the business to provide a suite of manpower services.
