About ASK Automotive Ltd

Ask Automotive Limited was incorporated on January 18, 1988 as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Ask Automotive Private Limited' granted by the RoC. Upon the conversion of Company into a Public Limited , the name of Company was changed to 'Ask Automotive Limited' through a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 6, 2023 issued by the RoC. Led by the Promoters, Kuldip Singh Rathee and Vijay Rathee, the Company has been supplying safety systems and critical engineering solutions with in-house designing, developing and manufacturing capabilities.
Their offerings are powertrain agnostic, catering to electric vehicle (EV) as well as internal combustion engine (ICE) original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
The Company operate nearly 15 manufacturing facilities across five states in India and are are developing one new manufacturing facility in Rajasthan as well.

Hindustan Hardy Limited (Formerly known Hindustan Hardy Spicer Limited) was incorporated as Public Limited Company on October 16, 1982.
The Company is engaged in designing and manufacturing of Propeller Shafts and other accessories required for automotive, industrial, agricultural and other applications. The Company has entered into a technical licence agreement with Glenkwellenban GmbH (GWB), for 10 years and techno-marketing consultancy arrangement with XLO India Ltd (to draw on its marketing expertise for inpropeller shafts).
GWB has also invested upto 26% in the total equity capital of HHSL. Dana Corporation, USA is now representing the interest of GWB (26% stake) in the company, by it's acquisation of world wide propeller shaft business of GKN Group(the parent group of GWB) in 1999-2000.
