Finally, 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited' on 29th August 2024 and received FDA approval for its Ambarnath facility on 2nd December 2024 to produce pharmaceutical products.
