Limited' to contract produce pharmaceutical products for export market.
Later on 1st April 2024, Company acquired Ferron Lifecare Private Limited, specializing into nutraceuticals business and produced nutraceutical products at their Ambarnath facility.
Ferron Lifecare Private Limited, incorporated on 30th January 2020.
Finally, 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of 'Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited' on 29th August 2024 and received FDA approval for its Ambarnath facility on 2nd December 2024 to produce pharmaceutical products. Presently, Company is involved in the business of manufacturing and marketing of Tablets, Capsules, Oral Liquid, External Preparations (Ointment, Cream, Gel and Lotion) and Oral Powder (Sachet, Dry Syrup) etc.

Onyx Biotec Limited was incorporated as Onyx Biotec Private Limited', pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated May 13, 2005 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H.P. & Chandigarh.
Further, Company converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed to Onyx Biotec Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 23, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Onyx started its operation in pharmaceutical industry with sterile water for injections with capacity of 2 lacs units per day in year 2010.
Since then, Onyx is engaged in Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Products such as sterile water ampoule, dry injection, dry syrup etc. to major corporations, which includes the top pharma companies.
