The Company's name was changed to Astral Poly Technik Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2006.
Pursuant to shareholders' approval, the name of the Company was changed to 'Astral Limited' on April 12, 2021. Astral Limited, founded in 1996 as a piping solutions business in Indian markets, has expanded beyond its original business, building capabilities across multiple categories that touch every stage of construction and infrastructure lifecycle from pipes and fittings, the company's portfolio has grown to include water tanks, adhesive and sealants, construction chemicals, paints, bathware, specialised valves and infrastructure solutions.
It manages 21 manufacturing units located in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with a total production capacity of 5.
