Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Atal Realtech Limited' dated January 21, 2020.
With years of strong industrial experience and an ambition to revolutionize the civil construction industry with innovation, Mr. Vijaygopal Atal incorporated the Company in 2012 at Nashik.
The Company engages the business into integrated contracting and sub-contracting services for civil and industrial construction, engineering and complete infrastructure project management. The Company has an established track record in executing different types of construction projects particularly, commercial structures.

EMS Limited was originally incorporated as EMS Infracon Private Limited' a Private Limited Company at Delhi, dated December 21, 2010.
Thereafter on June 30, 2012, Company along with its two directors, i.e.
Shri Ramveer Singh & Mr. Ashish Tomar took over the business of partnership firm, M/s Satish Kumar.
Thereafter, name of Company was changed from EMS Infracon Private Limited' to EMS Private Limited', on October 26, 2022.
