Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Atal Realtech Limited' dated January 21, 2020.
With years of strong industrial experience and an ambition to revolutionize the civil construction industry with innovation, Mr. Vijaygopal Atal incorporated the Company in 2012 at Nashik.
The Company engages the business into integrated contracting and sub-contracting services for civil and industrial construction, engineering and complete infrastructure project management. Madhucon Projects Limited was erstwhile incorporated on March 15, 1990 as Madhu Continental Constructions Private Limited.
The status was switched from Private Limited to Public Limited in 1995 and the name of the Company was changed to 'Madhucon Projects Limited'.
