Atal Realtech Limited was originally incorporated as 'Atal Realtech Private Limited' vide Certificate of incorporation dated August 25, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra.
Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Atal Realtech Limited' dated January 21, 2020.
With years of strong industrial experience and an ambition to revolutionize the civil construction industry with innovation, Mr. Vijaygopal Atal incorporated the Company in 2012 at Nashik.
The Company engages the business into integrated contracting and sub-contracting services for civil and industrial construction, engineering and complete infrastructure project management. The Company has an established track record in executing different types of construction projects particularly, commercial structures.

About VSF Projects Ltd

VSF Projects Limited, formerly Vijaya Shrimp Farms and Export Limited was incorporated in June, 1992.
The Company is engaged in Construction and Infrastructure development and Execution.
Prior to this, it was engaged in the business of shrimp and prawn culture.
The Company is setting up of a multi-product FTWZ at Anakalapatur Village, SPSR Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh over an area of 50Ha (132.96 Acres). The Company came out with a public issue during Dec.'93 to set up an acqua culture farm in Andhra Pradesh and cultivate Black Tiger variety as an 100% EOU. An In house hatchery for captive consumption and a farm for shrimp farming by semi-intensive methods were also part of its project. Harvesting the ponds was also hampered and restricted to 6 ponds due to cyclonic heavy rains and floods during October 1996.
