Atishay Limited is a leading Indian Company specialising in digital solutions across various sectors, including e-Governance, financial inclusion and IT consulting and software development services.

Vertoz Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Vertoz Media Private Limited' on February 13, 2012.
