The Company made a public issue of 23,20,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each and raised funds aggregating to Rs 3.71 crores in September, 2014. Atishay Limited is a leading Indian Company specialising in digital solutions across various sectors, including e-Governance, financial inclusion and IT consulting and software development services.
With over 25 Years of expertise, the Company has played a crucial role in transforming public sector services through advanced technology.

About Visesh Infotecnics Ltd

Visesh Infotecnics Limited was originally incorporated as 'Ultimate Software Private Limited' in January, 1989, which later on was changed to Visesh Technologies Pvt Ltd in February, 1993.
