Atlanta Electricals Limited was incorporated as Atlanta Electricals Private Limited' as Private Limited Company dated December 15, 1988 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, at Ahmedabad.
Upon the conversion of Company into a Public Limited, the name of the Company was changed to 'Atlanta Electricals Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 10, 1996, was issued by the ROC. Company was further converted into a Private Limited Company and the name was changed to 'Atlanta Electricals Private Limited' dated March 31, 2003.
Subsequently, the status was converted into a Public Limited Company with the name entitled as 'Atlanta Electricals Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 20, 2024 was issued by the ROC. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of power, auto and inverter duty transformers.

About Veto Switchgears & Cables Ltd

Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited was originally incorporated as a Partnership Firm on June 26, 2003 as 'Veto Industries'.
On April 1, 2007, the Firm was changed to 'Veto Switchgears and Cables' and subsequently, on June 20, 2007, the Partnership Firm was converted into the Private Company as 'Veto Switchgears and Cables Private Limited' and thereafter, it got changed to 'Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited' on August 3, 2012. Veto is the first company to produce ISI mark electrical accessories in India.
Its manufacturing plants in India are located at Haridwar and Mumbai which are continuously manufacturing all the products with excellence and precision in the electrical industry.
Veto Switchgears is part of Jaipur, Rajasthan based Gurnani Group which engages in manufacturing of wires & cables, electrical accessories & also deals in LED lighting, CFL & Fans.
