They are having one subsidiary company namely Balaji Tolways Ltd. Atlanta Ltd was incorporated on January 17, 1984 as a private limited company with the name Atlanta Construction Company (India) Pvt Ltd. Since incorporation, the company was involved in the construction business and completed various projects including highways, airfield pavements, roads, reclamation, reinforced concrete tracks, buildings, sheds, water main laying and sewage works awarded by Government and semi-Government organizations such as the Airports Authority of India, Public Works Department, National Highways Authority of India and Military Engineering Services.

Vishal Nirmiti Limited was incorporated as a private limited company on June 30, 1994 at Bombay, Maharashtra as 'Sejal Farms Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Bombay at Maharashtra.
The Company changed its name to 'Vinamra Trading Company Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on April 13, 2004 at Pune.
Thereafter, on January 20, 2005 Company changed its named to 'Vishal Nirmiti Private Limited', on February 14, 2005.

Vishal Nirmiti Limited is a civil engineering, manufacturing and construction company, primary engaged in manufacturing and dealing of Pre-Stressed Concrete (PSC) sleepers for railways, pre cast and prestressed concrete products for various applications and also into fabrication and erection of Mild Steel Pipes (MS Pipes), MS Liner, and Penstock pipes for Pumped Storage Project (PSP).
