About ATV Projects India Ltd

ATV Projects India Limited was incorporated in February, 1987 to take over Anand Tanks & Vessels (P) Ltd, engaged in the business of executing turnkey projects.
The amalgamation was effective from September, 1987.
Presently, the Company is engaged in execution of turnkey projects and supply of equipment for diverse industries such as Sugar, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemicals, Steel, Power, Nuclear Power etc. by manufacturing the part of the equipments at the Mathura Plant. During 1988-89, an agreement was signed with Ishiwakajima Harima Heavy Industries Company, Japan, for the expansion and modernisation of the company's Mathura works.
In 1994-95, the Mathura works were modernised.
Technical and technological excellence reinforced by recognition from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for quality control has enabled this division to book and execute orders from companies like HPCL, IOCL, Mathura Refinery, Bindal Agro and so on.

About Igarashi Motors India Ltd

Igarashi Motors India Limited incorporated in January, 1992 is engaged in the production and export of Permanent Magnet DC Motors for Powertrain and seat applications and motor accessories for the automotive sector. The company came out with a Rs 2.77-cr public issue in Jan.'94 to part-finance a 100% EOU to manufacture permanent magnet DC micro motors.
Total project cost was at Rs 10 cr.
The Company commenced its journey as a humble contract manufacturer in 1996.
Since then, it has populated over 500 million DC motors for usage in actuator applications in passenger cars.
Today, the Company is recognised as a leading global automotive component market player in Actuator Motors.
