About ATV Projects India Ltd

ATV Projects India Limited was incorporated in February, 1987 to take over Anand Tanks & Vessels (P) Ltd, engaged in the business of executing turnkey projects.
The amalgamation was effective from September, 1987.
Presently, the Company is engaged in execution of turnkey projects and supply of equipment for diverse industries such as Sugar, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemicals, Steel, Power, Nuclear Power etc. by manufacturing the part of the equipments at the Mathura Plant. During 1988-89, an agreement was signed with Ishiwakajima Harima Heavy Industries Company, Japan, for the expansion and modernisation of the company's Mathura works.
In 1994-95, the Mathura works were modernised.
Technical and technological excellence reinforced by recognition from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for quality control has enabled this division to book and execute orders from companies like HPCL, IOCL, Mathura Refinery, Bindal Agro and so on.

Smarten Power Systems Limited was incorporated as 'Smarten Power Systems Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company dated July 30, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Haryana.
Further, Company's status was converted into a Public Limited Company followed by the change in name of the Company to 'Smarten Power Systems Limited' issued by the Central Processing Centre on November 20, 2024. The Company is engaged into designing and assembling of power back-up and advanced solar power products such as Home UPS systems, solar inverters, solar power conditioning units (PCUs), solar charge controllers.
It is engaged into trading of solar panels and batteries.
The Company sell products through their distributors within India.
It also export the products except solar panels outside India.
