About ATV Projects India Ltd

ATV Projects India Limited was incorporated in February, 1987 to take over Anand Tanks & Vessels (P) Ltd, engaged in the business of executing turnkey projects.
The amalgamation was effective from September, 1987.
Presently, the Company is engaged in execution of turnkey projects and supply of equipment for diverse industries such as Sugar, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemicals, Steel, Power, Nuclear Power etc. by manufacturing the part of the equipments at the Mathura Plant. During 1988-89, an agreement was signed with Ishiwakajima Harima Heavy Industries Company, Japan, for the expansion and modernisation of the company's Mathura works.
In 1994-95, the Mathura works were modernised.
Technical and technological excellence reinforced by recognition from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for quality control has enabled this division to book and execute orders from companies like HPCL, IOCL, Mathura Refinery, Bindal Agro and so on.

About Sparc Electrex Ltd

Sparc Electrex Limited was originally incorporated as Sparc Systems Private Limited' on September 14, 1989, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
In 1994, Company was converted from Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company effecting the name change to Sparc Systems Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation was granted by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on January 18, 1994.
Due to change in new business activities, the Company name has got changed from 'Sparc Systems Limited' to 'Sparc Electrex Limited' on January 13, 2022 with due approval from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
For more than 13 years, Sparc has specialized in developing, manufacturing and distributing electronic solutions. Initially, Company was engaged in the business of Software and Hardware Electronic Security Solutions for Office Automation, Electronic Security Systems, Embedded and Internet Appliances etc.
