About ATV Projects India Ltd

ATV Projects India Limited was incorporated in February, 1987 to take over Anand Tanks & Vessels (P) Ltd, engaged in the business of executing turnkey projects.
The amalgamation was effective from September, 1987.
Presently, the Company is engaged in execution of turnkey projects and supply of equipment for diverse industries such as Sugar, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemicals, Steel, Power, Nuclear Power etc. by manufacturing the part of the equipments at the Mathura Plant. During 1988-89, an agreement was signed with Ishiwakajima Harima Heavy Industries Company, Japan, for the expansion and modernisation of the company's Mathura works.
In 1994-95, the Mathura works were modernised.
Technical and technological excellence reinforced by recognition from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for quality control has enabled this division to book and execute orders from companies like HPCL, IOCL, Mathura Refinery, Bindal Agro and so on.

Vivid Electromech Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Vivid Electromech Private Limited' dated August 10, 1990 with Registrar of Companies, Bombay, Maharashtra.
Subsequently, Company has converted the status into a Public Limited and the name of Company is changed from 'Vivid Electromech Private Limited' to 'Vivid Electromech Limited' vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 12, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The Company is a manufacturer of Low-Voltage (LV) and Medium-Voltage (MV) electrical panels and automation systems.
It provide complete solutions design, fabrication, assembly, surface treatment, powder coating, assembling, testing and commissioning of control and automation systems.
The LV product range includes PCC, IMCC, MCC, DG Synchronization and Outdoor Panels, while MV range covers 3.
